Small beginnings. Paul began his career in 2002 with a small local company in Bournemouth, providing pest control services to both domestic and commercial clients. During this time, he also carried out woodworm surveys and treatments across a wide range of properties, building a strong technical foundation and a reputation for reliable, thorough work.

As his experience grew, Paul went on to work with a company based in Exeter, where his role expanded significantly. He became responsible for servicing national accounts, food production sites, and farms throughout Dorset and Hampshire, further deepening his expertise across complex and high-responsibility environments.

In 2014, Paul joined Rentokil Pest Control, where he spent nine years as a trusted local technician, supporting customers across Bournemouth and Poole. This period refined his skills, strengthened his customer-focused approach, and reinforced the importance of dependable, professional service.

Today, Paul brings that extensive experience and dedication into his own business, Pest-Clear Dorset — a local company offering reliable, fairly priced pest control treatments throughout the BCP Council area and beyond.
