Rat survey and removal
Survey and baiting. An initial survey is carried out to determine the extent of the rat infestation and where rats are living. Baiting is carried out using the latest and safest products and methods in line with BPCA regulations.
Rodent follow up visits
Weekly rodent control visits. Regular follow ups are carried out until the area is clear of activity. Any entry holes or drain issues are reported to you, the customer. For an additional fee, holes can be sealed or drain valves installed as a future barrier against rats and rodents.
Mouse treatment
Survey, control and follow ups. As with rat control visits, we provide a three-visit service for mouse and rodent control. Mice can enter in through smaller holes (e.g. air vents) so these may need sealing and pest proofing to avoid repeat problems.

How quickly can you attend to my pest issue?
I offer a same day appointment service wherever possible. I know how stressful it can be dealing with pests so please just get in touch to arrange the best time for me to visit!
I have pets and children. Is it safe?
Yes, it’s safe! Prior to all pest control treatments, a risk assessment is carried out. All precautions are made clear to you, the homeowner or business owner, in a written report.
How long will it take to control rodents?
3 visits is normally required - sometimes more depending on the severity of the rodent infestation. This can take a number weeks from the initial visit.
Can you look to see how rodents are entering the property?
Yes, we carry out an inspection of the site. Then we will give advice on effective pest proofing of entry holes or other possible ways into property. We can also seal entry holes at the end of the treatment.
I’m on a budget. Can I pay per visit?
Yes, we can take payment per visit if required (PAYG).
Do I have to be there for the visits?
No. If you are happy to provide access, we can cater for each visit without you being present at the property.
